Can you provide us with a little more information regarding your issue with the iTunes Store? Are you unable to connect? Are you trying to make a purchase or update software? Are you trying to download content? Are you seeing any error messages?
Without these details, initially I would suggest:
1. Check your internet connection - if using Wi-Fi, try Cellular to confirm you are able to access the iTunes Store
2. Restart your iPhone
3. Sign out and sign back in to the iTunes Store
4. Check or update your billing informationIf you can’t connect to the iTunes Store
Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Change or remove your Apple ID payment information
