Q: iPhone SE. Updated with iOS 9.3.2. Restored as new, contacted Apple Store. It does not manage to upload to the 176 photos that I have in iCloud. Took about a week to upload 33 of them and after this point it has stopped.

Updated with iOS 9.3.2. Restored as new, contacted Apple Store. It does not manage to upload to the 176 photos that I have in iCloud. Took about a week to upload 33 of them and after this point it has stopped. It remains always in a status "uploading" and that's it.

Nope... In rhe "genius" bar, apart from the usual scripted questions like " is your software updated, please proceed with a full restore etc." they have no idea.

Try to enter 8.8.8.8 for DNS in Network Settings.

Do you mean download the 176 photos from iCloud to your device?

Have you done a hard restart on your phone? Home Button and Sleep/Wake button for 7-10 seconds?

Then move on to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings?

Then move on to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings?

Do you have Optimize enabled on the device?

As i mention, I mean from the device to the cloud. Also, all scripted actions from support where they have no clue and read the manual to you have been done. Resets, restarts, total restore as new and backup restore. Even in Apple store they cannt figure the problem.

I assure you Apple advisors do not simply read from scripts.

I can see English is not your native language, but your statement is not clear at all. This is why i asked for clarity.

You also did not mention which troubleshooting steps, if any, you had tried. In fact, you really didn't even ask a question of the community.

Best of luck to you getting this resolved.

I can assure you that there is no response from Apple support that escapes from the pattern of "reset" or "restore".

As also for Apple Pay when it became available in Switzerland where they did not know that the devices are being enabled gradually but they thought that because of the non supported card, then the whole option of Apple Pay was not enabled. and of course, "reset smth" or "restore". When they saw that after two weeks I had the menu available without supported card ( available but not working of course), they were looking it like from an other planet.

Btw, Upload means up... To the cloud.

so, to the subject. All recommendations of all possible resets and restores have been done. Not working at all.

Just in case, I bought also 50gb of space. But unfortunately not.

AFter 9.3.3 update, still does not work at all. Nice having so much space and being able to fill it!
