Q: Unathorized purchased through my account/credit card

How Do I deactivate or delete my Apple ID . I am freak out with purchase and can't  install  anything.

What do you mean 'freak out with purchase and can't install anything' ?

You can't delete an account, all you can do is remove personal info it (e.g. payment details : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support) and stop using it - anything downloaded on the account will remain tied to the account.

If you have any auto-renewing subscriptions turn them off : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
