Q: Windows 10 crash because of Bootcamp config program

Setup:

MacBook Pro 11.3 (late 2013) dual GPU

Mac OSX El Capitan 10.11.3

Windows 10 Pro build 10240

Bootcamp 6.0 build 6133

I still have problems solving the Windows 10 Crash with Bootcamp 6.6133. In my case it is not the Intel drivers because i have the dGPU version which only uses the Nvidia GPU in Windows (Apple disables iGPU (Intel) when booting other OS than OSX)

I tested installing bootcamp without probable problematic drivers until I installed bootcamp without any drivers. Still exact same problem.

I think in my case the problem aren't any of the drivers or Windows update; it is the bootcamp config program that handels mouse, keyboard and startup disk.

I tried every guide I found to install Windows 10 on my system, but I can't solve this.

Installing the drivers without bootcamp setup seems impossible on Windows 10, none of the apple drivers work after installing separately from the bootcamp setup exe. I don't get it. I installed Windows 10 with bootcamp 6.6133 when Windows 10 was freshly released and had no problems at all. I came into some problems lately with Windows which prompted me to reinstall Windows and now I get this.

I want to try an older bootcamp 6 build but can't find any. Anyone know any download links?

I tried installing Bootcamp setup 5.1.5722 using command prompt which finished succesfully and causes no crash. After updating to bootcamp 6 trough the Apple Software Update, same problem; crashing.

Even fixing drivers afterwards with sfc /scannow and Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth (which went successfully) did not solve the problem.

Does anyone have any solutions for me? I am at my end and frustrated and determined to solve this problem.

I am using an iMac Late 2014 and having exactly same problem.  Non of Apple device work without bootcamp setup.  Drviers just won't install.  Using setup cause Window10 crash at startup.   I just disable the intel sound driver to get sound.  Non of Apple device works.
