Jul 20, 2016 9:17 AM in response to Rudegarby waylonnorris,I was referring to my internet modem connected to my computer. I figured it out. The wrong password that I first entered was nine digits long. The correct password was only seven digits long. My phone required at least eight digits before it would even try to connect. So I changed the modem password to a nine digit code. All is good now. Thanks.
