Q: iPhone6s won't recognize my phone number for iMessage/Facetime
Hi, I just bought an iPhone6s and I couldn't register my phone number for iMessage/Facetime. On the list where it says where I can be reached, it only provided my e-mail address but not the phone.
While it says "Waiting for activation", I was able to use the said apps using my Apple ID/e-mail address but not my mobile number. I would really like to use my phone for iMessage and Facetime. My mobile service provider permits the use of iMessage and Facetime; I already tried using both WiFi and cellular data to work on this problem; and I have already update my phone to the latest iOS.
I have tried all the suggestions found online (resetting the phone, toggle on and off, airplane mode, etc.) but nothing seems to work. PLEASE HELP.
