Q: Getting the chord progressions

Take as screen capture. It will be saved to your camera roll.  Then use the Photos.app to share the screenshot to a computer and print the image.

I don't know of any.  You can share your Music Memo to GarageBand, but even if you transfer the memo to GarageBand on a Mac the score view will not show the chord names, just the notes within a chord.  You can print the score of the track from GarageBand on a Mac, but the chord symbol will be missing.
