Q: One Mac home sharing not showing on Apple TV / iDevices

I have three Mac's, all with Home Sharing enabled.  Two of the Macs work fine and all my Apple TVs and iDevices can see the shared libraries just fine.

So I added another Mac, a Mini, and turned on Home Sharing.  Now, both Macs can see it, and access the shared library, but NONE of the Apple TVs or iDevices (and iPhone 6SPlus and an iPad Air) can see the new library.  All those devices show both of the other libraries just fine.

I've verified the iTunes settings side by side.  Home sharing is enabled in iTunes on the new Mac.  iTunes is logged into the my Apple ID just fine, and I've authorized the new computer.

But nothing I do seems to help.

Two of the Macs have fixed IP addresses; one DHCP (and that one works fine).

The firewall is completely off on the new Mac (as with all the others). '

I've rebooted the new Mac, turns off iTunes, turned off home sharing on every device involved and turned it back on again, rebooted all the Apple TVs and iDevices, rebooted the router ...

Help!

On your Apple Tv try going into settings> General > time zone (set your city) then > Region Format (set for your Country. Then go back to your Mini in iTunes >file turn Home sharing off Then on again .You may be asked for your pass word. This worked for me good luck.
