Q: Bluetooth

I cannot connect any kind of bluetooth accessory requesting a passcode to my ipad 2. This is new, as I used to have keyboards connected. I've tried everything, from the basic steps to a full restore, nothing works. I have 9.3.3 IOS on it. The bluetooth itself works - i can see my computer or other discoverable devices. I am simply not sure what else to do. Any advice is welcome. Thank you.

    Hi CheckFifrelin,

I understand how important having Bluetooth accessories connected to your iPad 2 maybe. If you've already restored your device and tried some basic steps to resolve and the issue remains, we may need to disconnect the Bluetooth accessory from any previous devices that it may have been connected to. Please check the device's manual for steps on how to disconnect the accessory from a device and/or reset the bluetooth accessory if necessary.

If it's still asking for a passcode or pin, then the next step would be to check the documentation for the accessory.  More information is available for it at part 3 of this article: Set up and use third-party Bluetooth accessories

    Have a great day.
