Apple stopped the development of its professional photo application without any replacement. You can consider Photos to be a replacement for iPhoto as the basic tool to manage photos on a Mac.
But for an Aperture replacement look somewhere else.
to get your Aperture books printed consider Presto Photo. Save your book as a PDF file and upload it.

PrestoPhotos will print your Aperture books - the reviews here have been generally good - I have not personally used them
