Q: I NEED HELP, FOR UPDATE MY IPAD

HI, GOOD MORNING, I'M TRYING TO MAKE AN UPDATE TO MY IPAD AND I CAN NOT, CONNECT IT TO THE PC AND I GET ON THE SCREEN THAT YOU CONNECT THE CABLE AND GO TO ITUNES.

 

WHEN I GO TO ITUNES AND DO NOT LET ME UPDATE TELLS ME RESTOREHIM,I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE FOR FEAR OF LOSING THE PICTURES AND I DID NOT BACKUP

HELP ME

    The iTunes icon and cable image means that it's gone into recovery mode, you will have to connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and that should let you reset the iPad back to factory defaults.

     

    Prior to starting the update you didn't backup to your computer's iTunes nor to the cloud ? It's too late now to take a backup or to copy any content off.
