Jul 21, 2016 10:19 AM in response to williamsc6953by rockmyplimsoul,And if unsyncing them does not work, change your iTunes sync settings to not sync ANY photos, that will eliminate all synced photos for sure. You can then change the sync settings to pull from a different folder/album on your computer.

Connect your iPad to your computer and open up iTunes. Navigate to the summary tab (should be what it's called) and. You should see a folder selected to be synced. Deselect that folder and sync and the photos should go away
If you have a new computer and photos synced from your old one, you'll need to sync an empty folder as your photos folder which will replace the old photos on your iPad with the new 'nothing' photos in that folder.
