Go to settings -Safari delete history & cookies .

Apple TVMake sure there are no profiles you don't recognize, Settings>General>Profile. Normal users shouldn't have any, and hackers have found ways to trick users into installing them.

Apple TVHave you installed any "emulator" programs/apps? Some of them are untrustworthy.
