I have unauthorized charges on my bank statement - I need them reimbursed immediately! How do I get my money back? I have already cancelled the card - but there are over $120 in charges

Do they show on your account(s) purchase history ? If they do, and no else has access to your account and/or devices/computer, then to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
If they don't show then contact your card issuer
