Q: how can i get facetime to my i phone 6s?

i bought i phone 6s from Dubai, i use it in Istanbul but the app in not existing among the apps however it is among the apps in the settings. when i went to Egypt the app downloaded itself and i could use it for more than 2 weeks and it disappeared again when i came back to Turkey. What should i do to get it back?

Facetime should be installed by default. Turn it on in Settings > Facetime.
You need a Wi-Fi connection and an Apple ID.

the problem is i cant find it in the system anymore the app disappeared however it was working normally in Cairo

Phones sold in the Middle East will have FaceTime removed if they become unlocked or are used outside of the country of original sale. Phones sold in UAE and KSA will not have FaceTime at all. There is nothing you can do to re-enable FaceTime if this is the case.

This is due to legal restrictions imposed by the governments in the region.

Facetime is banned in the UAE. It is suppose to be impossible to add Facetime to a iPhone sold in a banned country. If it disappeared the only way to get it back is to return to Egypt.
