If you are trying to cancel the subscription that has to be done in advance. Manage your Apple Music membership - Apple Support - https://support.apple.com/HT204939 - "Learn how to change from an Individual membership to a Family membership, turn off automatic renewal, or join Apple Music later."
If you are having problems with your current billing method check things have not changed with your account since the last payment. has your credit card renewed with different information? Does you bank have all your information entered correctly?
