Q: Printing Emails With Images BUGGY.

I run a Graphic company.   So emails with attachments are the norm.  Printing them very important to keep all instructions clear.

Printing an email with attachments has been buggy ever since El Crapitan came out in September.

Dialog boxes will print, Scroll bars PRINT, and the bottom part of the email with images/text.. get cut off.

Repeat a Print and different things print.

It's not just me.  Sr Apple Tech know about this.

I Go to any Apple Store and test this on store computers and the same thing happens.

Create a long Email to Grandma.. with images and captions..

Try to print this.  Say, because  Grandpa needs a printed copy of the email.

Opps, He's out of luck.

Sr Apple Tech support tell me to print the images separately.

Also, they are working on it.  Since September 2015 !

I suggest the National Geographic Magazine would be different if text and images could not be printed together.

This is the suggested "NORM" from Apple Sr. Tech!

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), All El Crapitan version do this.

This essentially the same question you posted 5 months ago... Have you tried any other email clients since then? There are plenty - surely one of them must fit your needs?

    Thanks for noticing.

I've been bring this up periodically for many months.

I'm Baffled that Apple Can't fix a printing problem with 7 updates.

I've tried a few way back,

Microsoft Explorer and others I've tried will print attachment Names, not the images.

    Others seemed Gmail specific.

Only one that seems more broader is Airmail.

Tried Airmail in January.  Guess I'll try again as they talk about Quick View and printing like a fax would.

If you know of others, I'd appreciate a recommendation.

    thanks!
