Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I understand from your post that you are no longer using an iPhone and would like to deactivate iMessage. I understand how important it is for you to be able to receive text messages from your friends who use an iPhone on your Galaxy phone. Removing your iPhone from your Apple account like removing it from Find My iPhone on iCloud.com will not have any effect on the iMessage deactivation. I recommend following the steps under the section titled, "If you don't have your iPhone or can't turn off iMessage" from the following article to help resolve this issue:Get help if you can’t receive text messages from an iPhone
Best Regards
