Q: iphone 5s stucking on 65% load and error 50

dear sir

   my iphone 5s error showing connect to itunes but when restoring via itunes error show 50 and sometime 14

 

plz help and needful

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.2

I'm assuming you're running Windows, because the error 50 is Windows specific. Error 14 indicates a problem with the USB connection.

 

Get help with iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support

 

Disable any antivirus and firewall software on your PC and try again. It can interfere with the restore and authentication process.

    dear sir , but  i tried many time and other system showing error gain 50

    and other technician suggested to me basband ic replace

    but it is costly in ur apple care

    what can i do ?

    can u any suggest to me ?

    Apple does not perform low level repairs on iOS devices. Authorized Apple Service Providers do not perform these repairs either. The 'baseband ic' can not be replace via any authorized service. The phone will have to be replaced.

     

    Having the phone opened or serviced by an unauthorized party voids any warranty and forfeits all rights to service from Apple either in or out of warranty.

     

    It should be noted that Apple does not sell iPhone parts at all.
