Q: How can I restore time capsule to a single partition?

I partitioned my 3T Time Capsule. 2T for storage and 1T for backup, but I need to restore it to a single volume. Does anybody know of a way to do this?

    How did you partition it?

There are no tools available to partition a TC disk.

So I suspect you have partitioned a sparsebundle which is a virtual disk used by Time Machine.

Yes, I partitioned the sparsebundle. I figured out how to delete the partition. Unfortunately the only partition I could delete was the one I had all my files on. I didn't realize that I made the main partition the smaller one. So, I had to back up all my files on another external drive, delete the partition to restore it to it's full size and put everything back. But before I could put everything back it was telling me my disk was almost full which was impossible since all my files was on the 2TB partition, and now I had 3. So, I think my original files are hidden, but I don't know how to figure that out, so I'm just about to erase it and start over.
