Q: Ipad won't connect to iTunes
Error when connecting ipad to iTunes, says I need to update itunes on my ipad. How can I resolve this, as I can't add anything onto my ipad unless I can connect it to iTunes on my laptop

It means you need to update iTunes on your computer.
Mac
- Open iTunes.
- From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose iTunes > Check for Updates.
- Follow the prompts to install the latest version.
Windows
- Open iTunes.
