Before you do, did you try to erase all mail on your mail account server, in case one of the mails to be downloaded from the serveris causing this?

The other problem i seem to have is the time it takes for an email to be readable the loading time is rediculous and that is both on wifi and LTE !!! It's as if something with the last update messed it up'
