Q: Music app crash
I can open the music app and do anything but any time I try to play a song, the app crashes. Even when I go to my music, the app crashes. Even when the music is downloaded to my phone. Iv'e tried signing out and back in to Apple Music, I've tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, playing on wifi and on LTE, I've even tried telling Siri to play my music, but she responds with "Sorry, I'm having trouble playing your music", and I still can't listen to my music.
I had this problem in iOS 9.3.3 and the previous iOS version
iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.3

OK that is weird. Do you have any issue with Apple Music on other devices using that same Apple ID?
I am going to advise you to backup your device before you troubleshoot. Actually, I would advise anyone to backup their device as often as they can.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
You could try resetting all settings (Settings/General/Reset >Reset All Settings) to see if it helps. Resetting all settings will not erase your data, but it will set all your settings to defaults (default background, default keyboard, no Wi-Fi network set up, no email account set up).
You could also try to restore your device to its factory settings (after, of course, backing it up) and set it up as new, then sign in to your Apple ID for Apple Music to see if the issue is reproduced. If the issue doesn't come back, you can erase the device again (see Erase all content and settings on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch - Apple Support) then restore from a backup (preferably an iCloud backup) and see if the issue comes back.
