Q: iTunes 12.3.1.23 breaks iTunes store

Just installed 12.3.1.23 and now the iTunes store just presents a scrambled banner across the top and a black screen.  You can briefly see the correct screen as it loads but then is blanked out.  Clicking on the banner brings up Demi Lovatos new album but the screen is completely scrambled.  Win 7.1 (64), nVidia with latest driver.

I'm having the same exact problem with a new Windows 10 computer with an NVIDIA display.  My workaround is just to buy music from Amazon instead of Itunes

I have the same issue...black screen with only banners across the top.

Unbelievable that this has been going on for so long.  Big thank you to whomever suggested creating a smaller window as this works for me as well.

I will not, as Apple so 'helpfully' suggests, be changing the resolution of my monitor for the privilege of using your site!

I'm having the same exact problem with my MacBook Pro Late 2013 running Windows 7 on a Bootcamp partition. The monitor is a Thunderbolt Display with resolution set at 2560x1440. Reducing the size of iTunes (12.3.2.35) fixes the issue for me too but I hope it is fixed properly ASAP.

Yeah in my case the resolution on my new computer is 3840X2160.  But Amazon Music works well, in some cases is cheaper than Itunes, and it's easy to put songs from it into my Itunes library.  So get back to me if you get around to fixing this, Apple.

This reported display issue with the iTunes store continues into the new year.

Resizing the window to something smaller than full screen solved the issue for me as well.

Yep, although I consider the screen resizing trick more of a workaround, than an actual fix. As far as I can see, it works because it tricks the store into thinking you're running at a smaller resolution. I just hope that a real fix for the problem with displaying the store on hidpi displays is in the works at Apple.

Amazing that they have let this go on but then again, I am not like so many that put Apple on this pedestal for reliability and trouble free operation.  Many of my Apple products have as many and in some cases more than my Windows devices....which is very disappointing.....

The issues with the latest releases for the iphone and ipad just leave me shaking my head....but I guess its okay that I have to power them on and off because of lock ups and more....

just hoped for better, that's all

Totally agree, this has now been going on for months.  In general, Apple software is very poor compared to their hardware and is generally fraught with bugs and is very poorly tested prior to release.

It is almost incomprehensible to me that the new version of iTunes (12.3.3.17) released yesterday still does not address this problem.

There are several other outstanding bugs not fixed by 12.3.3 either - the focus of this release seems to be little more that support for the new iPhone and iPad models announced this week.  There are rumors floating around of there being a "major update" to iTunes in the works ... which suggests to the cynic in me a set of new features I'll have no interest in and a new set of bugs to find workarounds for

Still a problem with Windows 10, Titan X in SLI w/ 365.10, and iTunes 12.3.3.17.

Out of curiosity does this version work with high resolution?

Download iTunes 12.3.3 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards)

Still no luck with iTunes 12.4.0.119 using a 2560 x 1440 display - sort it out Apple - it's been about 7 months since this was first reported!

Well it is nearly a year, and no fix yet. Whilst resizing the itunes window makes some of the itunes store display, it doesn't fix all issues. For example the "Redeem a gift card" in the itunes store which normally appears on the right hand side, never displays when in a resized window. Other things in the store are inaccessible as well, and the ability to navigate and scroll through things is broken.

It appears that my only solution is to get rid of my ipod, and then buy my music elsewhere. I am not kidding.

I have same problem. Resize doesn't fix all issues. Anything on the right side of screen doesn't work. I've noticed posts on this error dating back to Oct 2015. That's 9 months ago. Is Apple really giving up on Music??
