Q: i purchased 50 gb weeks ago on my iphone and on my cpu it still says i will run out and only have the 5 gb i had originally. They are the same accounts and idea how to resolve???

Did you try signing out of iCloud on the computer and then signing back in again? If you check on the phone, does it show the 50GB plan? Are you sure both devices are signed into the same iCloud account?
