Feb 11, 2016 10:58 PM in response to froobielooby pheelixk,The solution to this problem (in my case), was to manually install the two certificate revocation lists(CRLs):
Into the certificate store automatically selected by the CRL installation wizard.
After downloading the two CRLs, right-click on one and select "Install CRL" accepting all default options. As CRLs expire periodically you will have to do this every so often i.e. every two weeks for the "appleserverauthca1.crl" and every month for the "root.crl". You can automate this task via Task Scheduler. You can view CRL update times by opening the CRL.
Good luck.
p.s. For those of you wishing to setup iCloud for Windows so you can access a friend's shared links (i.e. iPhoto links), without them making the link public... forget it! You still need an Apple device....which is kind of pathetic on Apple's part. There is a way around this... spoofing an Apple device/OS via VMWare.... but this is unauthorized.
