Q: Unable to access iMessage and FaceTime on my IPad
Hello,
I am unable to get access to FaceTime and IMessage through my IPad Air 2. Whenever I try, I get
two error messages, "unable to access server" or "icloud username or password is incorrect." I have been
using this tablet for the last 2 months and I have never been able to access FaceTime. Please advise me on how
solve this issue.

Where are you located on this massive spinning orb in space? The reason I ask is because not all services are available in all locations.
Please read here > If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
To find or restore a missing FaceTime app on your device, follow these steps:
- Make sure your device supports FaceTime. FaceTime isn’t available or might not appear on devices purchased or used in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan.
- Search for the FaceTime app in Spotlight.
- In Settings > General > Restrictions, make sure that FaceTime and Camera are on. If your Camera restriction is on, you won’t be able to use FaceTime.
- Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
