Q: Itunes Help- can not sign in
I am having trouble signing into iTunes. Whenever I click on "Sign-In" under the Account tab- nothing happens. I don't receive an error message or anything. Also-when I click on the radio tab, I can no longer search for artists or stations or anything. If I type something into the search bar at the top right corner of the screen, it switches the tab to New instead of giving me radio stations to choose from. This is a new issue. Any ideas? Is there a way to uninstall itunes and reinstall without losing all the music I have added? I'm using the most current version of OS X El Captain.
