Q: mds_stores filling my HD

Hi,

 

My mds_Stores processis using all my remaining hard drive space, upto 100GB so far ...

 

Any idea for the reason and how to stop this ?

 

If I say I have Outlook 2016 and need to index, does it ring a bell ?

Try rebooting in Safe Mode, followed by a normal reboot.

 

If that doesn't solve it, try this: Rebuild the Spotlight index on your Mac - Apple Support
