Q: Hoppy Label Hard Drive
Hey Guys,
I lent my Samsung hard drive out to a friend to borrow some movies off of. The hard drive was formatted to work only on Mac's (my friend had a mac, same model as mine running Yosemite) . She returned the hard drive after stating there was nothing on the hard drive. I plugged it in and the 2 partitions on the hard drive were renamed both to "Hoppy Label"... all the info was deleted and there are some temp files under the folder named "RDB": aud103_b.rit,aud103_b.tab,Audf0.rit,Audio.thm - Also under the folder named "Video" a file simply named TEMP
I have no idea what any of this is but it's certainly not what used to be on my hard drive. I've checked the internet for answers on this but have been unsuccessful.
Can anyone lend some advice/suggestions as to what this might be? i didn't have this backed up as I was using the hard drive to back up my macbook. Any info will be helpful, Cheers!
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
