Are you sure it is connected to your network?

You have got to give us more information if you are hoping to receive meaningful insight. As Csound1 suggested, if you are trying to print over Wi-Fi, you should first make sure that your printer is connected to the network correctly.

What are you trying to do exactly? Which model of printer are you using? Which device are you trying to print from? Are both the printer and the device you are trying to print from connected to the same network? Is the printer Wi-Fi compatible or is it just plugged into a router to make it available over Wi-Fi?

OK, the Lexmark Pro 700 is not listed here as Airprint compatible : About AirPrint - Apple Support

This means that you've got to set it up, it's not going to do the work for you.

What is the exact model name of your printer?

    According to http://support.lexmark.com/index?page=content&id=OS22&locale=EN&userlocale=EN_US, the Lexmark Pro700 Series contains (at least) these : Pro702, Pro705, Pro706, Pro708 and Pro709.

Which version of OS X is your Mac running? If you aren't sure, you can select the Apple Menu, then About this Mac, and it will tell you the version (for example : OS X El Capitan, version 10.11.6).

Once you know your exact model and your version of OS X, you can go there : http://support.lexmark.com/index?page=productSelection&locale=EN&userlocale=EN_U S and input the printer model (don't put a space between the word 'pro' and the number or it won't find it). Then, you can select your printer, then scroll down where there is a tab named 'Downloads' and select your version of OS X. It should offer you drivers to download on your Mac.
