If you don't have your password:

• If someone else set up your device, check with them for the password.
• Try using an iCloud backup instead. If you don't have an iCloud backup, you can make one.
• If it's still relevant, try using an older iTunes backup.

The backup won't include everything e.g. items no longer in the store, items bought from a different country's store, and your own content in the Music (e.g. music copied from CDs and/or bought from other stores) and Videos apps, and photos synced to the Photos app from a computer.
