HI sir , last night I reset my iPhone 4s using iOS 9.3.3 , after then I can't activate my iPhone. He showing your iPhone cloud not be activated . because the activation server unavailable. try to connect iTunes to activate ..

Your Screenshot is showing "No service". Is the provider for your SIM card available in the area where you are?
Have you followed the steps in this document?
