Q: Can't access iTunes store.
For the past month I have been receiving intermittent requests for my Apple password associated with my email address. I have not attempted to sign into iTunes or any other area which would require a password. On entering my password I received the message "iTunes store cannot be opened.Try again." This happens on all my devices. This is different from the incorrect password message. There is no penalty for trying 10 or more times which I have done.

if none of that works I'd say to call apple but they will likely tell you to update from iOS 8 in your sig to 9.3.3 if that the case.
