Q: Explorer favorites bar photostream links missing

Good day! I've accidentally removed icloud / photostream links in the "favorites" section in explorer - and there is just no way to get them back. I've tried everything, even complete wipe of iTunes and all of the remaining registry entries, but no luck. I often use these links (well, have used - now I don't have them) and it would be very nice if someone could aid me in my quest. Thank you!

    Good Afternoon, zhker -

I understand you are missing links to iCloud and Photo Stream on your Windows 10 computer.   If you have not done so already, try downloading iCloud for Windows to see if that resolves the issue.

    Have a great day!

Thank you for the answer, but I forgot to mention it in the first message - I did wipe (including registry) and reinstall iCloud too (and all of the Apple software, btw) - still no use. I am talking about these links here that are missing:

iCloud Drive link is there, but no links to Photostream. And I can't bring them back.

    Hi zhker,

Perhaps this resource from the Microsoft.com website will help restore the links in your Favorites folder of Internet Explorer.

    Take care,

Thank you, that is close enough to solution, but, here's what happens:

    1) I can not pin it to the quick access as stated in the article from Microsoft

    2) I can not drag the link there as shown here:

I don't really know why this happens, I virtually can pin in this "quick access" section ANY folder or link, except for the iCloud Photos. Even though there IS a shortcut for it.

Well, replying to myself: I tried literally everything, from executing commands in command prompt to editing registry values and on and on. I was lucky enough I planned reinstalling Windows for a long time - and it helped resolve this issue (sad, but true). Could not find any other way of fixing this. Now I have iCloud photos link in the fav.bar and a large icon link along with all the hard drives.
