    Hello there, Uzairi786!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue with your iPhone becoming unresponsive. I know how important it is to be sure your iPhone is working great for you at all times! Check out this article that has steps for issues with If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on. The article gives you steps for issue with not only the device not powering on, but specifically, with responsive devices:

If your screen is black or frozen

First, try to force your device to restart.

    • Forcing your device to restart won't erase the content currently on your device.
    • You can force your device to restart even if your screen is black or your buttons aren't responding.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo.

Once you're tried that, test the iPhone and see if it starts working properly for you. If it doesn't, the next step would be to reinstall the operating system to the iPhone to see if there is a software issue at the root. Prior to doing so, it's always a good idea to verify that you've got a current backup in place. Just be sure your computer is running the latest version of iTunes. It can be found on this article about how to Get the latest version of iTunes. Then follow this article about How to back up your devices using iCloud or iTunes - Apple Support.

Once the backup is done, follow these steps to Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings. After you have reinstalled the operating system, set the phone up as new to test the issue. Then, you can restore the backup to your phone with these steps to Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup.

    Cheers!

I had the same issue.  It freezes frequently after I did an OS update.   I did follow the instructions about restoring the OS and it seems to be working now.  Prior to this restore of the OS,  the only way I could get it unfrozen was to do a forced reboot.  I will let you know if it starts freezing again.  Thanks for the help for now.
