Q: old apple id is locked

My old Apple id is locked after i changed my phone, laptop and also email address.

Old email - Locked

New email -Currently using, but cannot get my old purchases!

This is causing me to be unable to play or download any off my old purchases from yourselves!

Can you transfer my purchases across please or enable me to be able too?

Can you help or do i ignore it, as i am still awaiting help from another i contacted yourselves on 17 days ago!

My be samsung could help

This is a user-to-user technical support forum. No one here can help you unlock your Apple ID. See this article:

If your Apple ID is locked - Apple Support

If it were me, I wouldn't have waited 17 days for a call back. I would contacted Apple again, repeatedly, until the issue was resolved.

I have no idea why you think Samsung is relevant to this discussion.
