Q: iPhoto '11
i have a Macbook Pro 13" which came with OS Snow Leopard. i recently updated to OS X El Capitan and noticed that iPhotos has been replaced by Photos. i initially had the iPhotos 8.1.2 version and need to update to iPhoto '11 in order to sync the pictures on my blackberry. however, each time i try to update it, it tells me that there is no iPhoto in the store for my country. i tried changing countries but it's still unavailable. what can i do?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Unless you previously had some version of iPhoto 9 on your MBP and had updated it at some time via the App Store you will not be able to obtain iPhoto 9.6.1.
iPhoto is no longer supported by Apple. It is no longer able to order prints, books, cards or calendars from Apple's Print Product Store.
Your only recourse is to downgrade you system back to Snow Leopard via your Time Machine or other backup or move forward and use Photos. Have you tried using Photos to sync with your phone?
You might have to use iTunes to sync selected albums of Photos to your phone.
