Have you done that and contacted iTunes Support ? If not you will need to do so (these are user-to-user forums) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'

Software problem with what ? If you mean why you are getting the message then nobody on here will know, we are just fellow users, you will have to contact iTunes Support and see if they can fix it for you
