Q: How do I view my iTunes bill?
iTunes just charged my credit card. There is no one who has access to any of my devices or iTunes account and I have not made any purchases through iTunes in months. How do I view my bill and what I am getting charged for?

You can view your account's (or accounts) purchase history via your computer's iTunes : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support
If you are a family organiser in family sharing also check the members accounts
