Q: Upload to Match from an iPod?

Can I upload music saved from CD recordings on my 2005 iPod directly to the Cloud using Match then download to all my devices?

No, but you can recover the media into your current library, which can add the media to your iTunes Match library. See Recover media from an iPod.
