Q: problems with update to 10.11.6

My extended keybord has lost function with the following keys since my update: 0, 1, 2, 3, ., enter, arrow keys

Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone found a solution?

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)

Keyboard Keys Do Not Respond

Restart the computer holding down the command - option/alt - P - R keys before the gray screen appears. Continue to hold until you hear the startup chime for the second time.

Reset NVRAM/PRAM
