Hi! I was just wondering if this is a healthy battery for my iPhone 6S? and I was also wondering, is it heathier to have higher the number of cycle counts or lower the cycle counts? as you will see below: this is all the info. ive had this phone 6s since October or November of 2015
Cycle Count: 449 (is it healthier to have a higher cycle count or lower? and what is it?)
The number of full charges (which may need explaining but not now), the lower the better.
Design Capacity: 1690
Full Charge Capacity: 1500
Status: Success
is this healthy? Yes
You could also download the free app Battery Life from the App Store and test your battery. It is reliable....

Jul 28, 2016 1:11 PM in response to elcpuby AzureYT,mine is already almost at 500 though and I ahvent had it for a year yet? I heard when it reaches around 500, the battery loses 20% of its capacity. all in all, the main question: is my battery healthy from the stats I posted?

Jul 28, 2016 1:18 PM in response to AzureYTby Meg St._Clair,Cycle counts is the number of times your battery has undergone a full recharge cycle. Lower would mean the battery has been charged less often. Eventually, the battery will stop accepting a charge.
Download the app Battery Life. It will tell you if your battery is in good shape or not. Edit: elcpu beat me to it.

I'm guessing this is the one that you are referring to? https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/battery-life-check-internal/id1080930585?mt=8
There are a couple that include Battery Life in the title, so I want to make sure that when I recommend this, I'm identifying the right one.
