Q: How to cancel in-app purchase request

My daughter requested an in-app purchase over a week ago with the Inside-Out app on her iPad Pro (small version). I never got the "Ask to Buy" request and her iPad now says "Already waiting for purchase approval". Searched my notifications and no request was revieved. So how do I cancel or reset the request so another ask to buy request can be made? I've logged in and out of iCloud, iTunes, Keychain and Game Center with no luck. I even deleted the app and reinstalled but it comes up with the same message after being reinstalled. Any recommendations?? Thank you.

Well, so far after being on chat for about 30 minutes...no resolution. Passed off to a phone tech who needed me to go through the entire story again. After 15 minutes and counting, I'm waiting to be transferred to another tech. Not real confident this is going to be resolved anytime soon.

Sorry you are having to wait so long.

Just to make sure you are aware that an In-App purchase is a subscription service meaning you will get billed on a monthly basis.

Not a subscription service. A one time purchase of "jewels" that give additional play in the game "inside Out".

Not all in-app purchases are subscriptions, in fact most are not and they will not be charged monthly. Where did you get the idea they are subscription?
