Q: System failure, constant shutdown

My issue began about a week ago.

Ran hardware tests to discover a memory problem. Replaced ram modules and redid the test. All came up solid.

THat is, aside from system constantly restarting itself and shutting down randomly. No matter if it's on battery or wall power.

ONce i get get into the system on occasion, I can't do anything before it randomly shuts down again.

I Tried the smc reset, as well as the pvram reset to no avail.

TRied to re install the os and wipe, and the system turns itself off the minute the install begins.

TRied replacing the the hard drive to no avail.

At this juncture, I have an appointment set for Friday with the Genius Bar as I'm at a loss, however, I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on the situation.

I Also can not boot into safe mode, system just shuts down. Hardware test is still not reporting any problems.

ON the rare occasion I can get into the system,  try to simply copy files to a hard drive, system shuts off. Same with a network hard drive.

Am I missing something?
