I have received the same Netflix email every month starting from April 2016. I contacted Apple support and they confirmed that it is definitely a phishing scam email.

I (very stupidly) followed the link in this email but didn't get asked for any details. I immediately checked my previous charges through iTunes, did a full system AV scan and have changed my iTunes and Netflix passwords.

Is there anything else I should do to ensure that nothing happens?

The payment details linked to my Apple ID are out of date.

    Thanks in advance.

Do not fill in any card details for cancellation. The senders email address differs to all other emails from iTunes store.

I have never subscribed to Netflix either, but i will keep an close eye on my bank balance.

Sorry to add to a long answered thread but I stupidly clicked the 'Manage/Cancel Subscriptions' link in this mail and the fake page it brought up auto populated my name/address/apple ID and phone number, as well as a list of the devices linked to my account. I've not checked the device ID's but the models listed had all been associated with my account in the past (eg iPhone 4 etc). apple support didn't have much to say about this and just suggested that I update all sec details but the level of my info on the fake page has me concerned, any advice?

If it's a phishing email, which is what this thread is about, then there isn't anything to pay for - if it is a phishing email and you went to their site and entered your details then change your account's password and, if you entered payment details, contact your card issuer
