Q: How do I get into an iphone if I dont know someone elses apple id

I bought an IPhone 6 plus from someone and restored it but it needs their apple id and they don't remember it. what do I do? Is there any way apple can fix this?

Apple cannot fix this.

If they legitimately cannot remember their Apple ID then that person can go to the "Forgot Apple ID" page as described here:

If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

But otherwise, you are likely buying an iPhone that can never be used. Get your money back if you can.

1. You ask them to either use Apple’s iForgot service, or refund your money, or if they’re its original owner, tell them to ask Apple to unlock it.
2. Apple won’t unlock that iPhone for you. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.
