A number of other users in Egypt have experienced this issue (which may relate to daylight saving time having been cancelled).
If you have not yet done so, first ensure that both devices are updated to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:
- Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Update the software on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
With both devices up to date, the time may then be the same - but still incorrect - on both devices. If so, the following workaround will return you to having the correct time on both devices:
- On your iPhone, go to: Settings > General > Date & Time:
- Set Automatically - turn off
- Set the time manually to the correct local time (this option is only shown after turning off Set Automatically).
- If your watch does not immediately reflect the change, next restart both devices:
- Turn both off together, then restart your iPhone first.
- Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support
You may also wish to contact your cellular carrier and/or let Apple know that you are experiencing this issue with the automatic time setting in your region:
