Q: Can't create a Apple ID!!!

I Can't creat a Apple ID

i can't go forward after I submit the text code or voice code 

Why is that ? Is that an error in the site ?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2

    It has been years since I created my Apple ID. What is happening when you try to create the ID? Describe what you mean when you say that you can't move forward.

    I Tried to creat new Apple ID so I have filled my all details and everything in the final there have a text code or voice code verification process right. after I typed that code and if I clicked continue its not creating or not moving to anyother!! Just showing a new code to type !! Can't go forward from there !! There is no wrong in my informations !! It's just have a problem with that verification code

    Are you doing this in the Settings on the phone?

    Set up an Apple ID in iTunes - Apple Support

     

    Or are you doing this in Safari? If so, try clearing Safari, closing the browser and force restart your phone. It won't hurt anything to force restart.

     

    Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data

     

    Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps. Swipe left to find the app you want to close. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

     

    To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

    First I have tried in laptop using chrome same problem and I tried now in safari its not working!! I tried your tips but its not working Too!! dont have any solution for this problem??

    I'm not sure why this isn't working for you. You should probably contact Apple and ask for their help. Go here, select your region and go from there.

    I Can't find my country there !! Srilanka is not there.there is no way to complain this to apple??
