Q: how to backup my apps?

If you mean just the actual apps then follow the instructions on the page that you posted from (Download your past purchases - Apple Support) and redownload them on your computer's iTunes - with iOS 9 you can't copy apps back from a device to an iTunes library, only other purchases (music, films etc) will copy back via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases
